I placed an order earlier today, Dec 15th, and have yet to receive an email confirmation of my purchase. I have used their "Madison" robot to try to resend the email confirmation FIVE TIMES (which I still have not gotten yet), because talking to a real person is nearly impossible. Also, they ALWAYS send the wrong sizes, and they don't do exchanges (even if its their fault), so not only do you have to pay to return the item BUT you also have to repurchase it. Horrible company.

I placed my order beginning of Dec and was told it would be here before or on Dec 14th. It didn’t happen and my order information has not been updated for several days so I don’t know where it is!!! I am so disappointed because I ordered it specially so it would come yesterday and now I have to go on my planned trip with no items. :( how can I get a hold of someone?

It is a site I have only used once before. However, the dress arrived quickly. This time I ordered pearl and buckle boots ages ago. STILL waiting on delivery ! They are a Christmas present for someone. Hopeless !

I placed my order on Nov.29 and it is now Dec.14. Estimated delivery said it would arrive ON or before Dec.13 ... When tracking my package it says pending - nothing has been updated since Dec 8th. I contacted fedEx as well, they told me they are still waiting for the package to arrive from the shipper. What is going on? Ive reached out to you guys and still no response!

Ordered one parcel and arrived okay. Ordered another parcel three days later and never arrived. It’s been marked as arrived and tried to contact them and they didn’t help me at all. They stopped emailing after three days of trying to sort this mess out.

I ordered a plt package late december, paid full price for standard shipping and got an email saying my expected delivery day would be Monday 7th if December(already nearly 10 days since day I ordered it). Didn’t arrive on Monday and got an email few days later saying my parcel had to be rerouted and I would here further details. Is now Sunday (six days after expected delivery) and had no update. I emailed customer service on the Wednesday and got no response, awful treatment of their customers

I normally like the clothes at PrettyLittleThing, but I ordered things in late November and I still haven’t received them. They were due to arrive Dec 7, but still have not arrived. When I track my order, there is very little information, and what little there is is outdated.

used to love plt but i ordered clothes on the 28th of November which were due to arrive 2nd of December and still have not arrived. When i track my order it tells me it’s still due to arrive on 2/12/20 which was a week ago now...

Customer service is useless. I've been waiting for a refund for over a month and when contacting customer service I am simply told that it has been issued and I should check again. I think I know when I haven't received the money! Still waiting for my refund and met with a patronising and passive aggressive tone every time I message customer service when I have been very patient. Not worth the hassle for cheap, poor quality clothes - would be easier to just go to primark.

This is the worst website ever, the only good thing is their shipping. I ordered leggings and biker shorts, both were very see through and thing, cheap material. I ordered a small lighter blue sweatshirt, it came in a denim color and it looked so big on me, and it doesn’t say oversized in the description. Overall, don’t know how this place stays in business.

Ordered a dress in size uk12=eu40. When the dress arrived the lable sewn on the dress said uk8=eu36 but the tag said uk12. So ofcourse the dress didn't fit. Double checked my order, I indeed had ordered uk12. Returning seems complicated and I'm supposed to pay for the return because I live in EU. Should have read the rewies before ordering from them..

Will never order from here again. Ordered xmas presents for my daughter in her usual size and it’s all too small. Got in touch with them and I have to send it back, wait 28 days for a refund and then have to pay for delivery again.

It's nice that they're doing competitions for others to win and I'm happy for those who have won. However, they are really racist! They have a £1K competition this black friday and they haven't chosen any asian winners!! Only black and white! I am Indian myself and I haven't seen them choose any Indian winners for the past 3 days!! I have entered the competition over 100 times this weekend so they must've seen my tweet at least once (or other asian's tweets) however they are racist and don't want to choose them. It makes me feel like I want to change the colour of my skin just for them to notice me!!!! Also I couldn't get anything in the

The 4 to 6 days delivery time they claim on their website is so wrong. I am very disappointed, I ordered on their website for that specific reason as I needed the clothes for an event. Now I still have to wait another FULL week. If I knew this before I wouldn’t have ordered with them and it is very misleading. Fashion Nova is way more serious as they’re not lying about the delivery time. Will go back to ordering there and forget about PLT. Really bad experience and seeing the reviews they actually never respect the delivery time they’re claiming. This is so disrespectful to the people who trust you enough and buy from your website. Now let’s hope the shipment is delivered before next year and let’s hope the clothes are AT LEAST in good conditions. Again, don’t order there.

I had ordered for this company plenty of times in the past, but I NEVER will in the future. I had placed an order and their website automatically loaded my incorrect address for both billing and shipping. Even though the billing address was incorrect I was still charged and the packaged seemed to be on its way. Immediately after I noticed this issue I contacted the company and they claimed it was now in the hands of the shipping company, but it took the shipping company over two weeks to receive the package from overseas. I was finally able to reroute the package back to PLT and after another few weeks I contacted them requesting a refund again. The sent me no more than two email responses a day, beating around the bush, asking for the same information they had already gotten from me. I still have yet to make any progress and the only response I have really receive is “I would love to get this sorted for you.” Save you’re money and shop somewhere else. There’s plenty of other companies that make better quality, inexpensive clothing. PLT needs a customer service phone number, and they need to advocate for their customers if they would like to keep them, but maybe they feel it’s in their better interest to wrongly charge people’s accounts and scam them rather than making customers want to come by back by making shopping on their website and dealing with their reps a bearable experience.

I ordered some thungs yesterday for today that cost me up to 140£ and i also paid for next day delivery which I haven’t received yet! It’s almost 5 pm which is past the due time. What if the courier made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong address? I won’t get a refund at all? Absolutely ridiculous! Get back to me ASAP.

I can not believe the rudeness of the customer service at PLT I have received, I placed my first order waited over a week for delivery, I stayed in all day on the day it was meant to be delivered then that evening received a Refund that will take 11 days to go in my account and my order cancelled with no explanation, just a your order has been cancelled and is not being delivered Beware they take your money hold it for 3 weeks.
