I ordered 3 piece of items for a special occassion. The orders arrived MUCH late than expected. I returned the items as I did not need them anymore. In their website it is written 21 days is the maximum duration to process the refund. After more than a month passed, I had to e-mail them over and over and then finally received a reply that they would process my refund. I send them all 3 items, but they emailed me saying they will refund only 2 items because they didn't find the 3rd item in the package (???!!!!) They still did not send me my refund by the way. TERRIBLE COMPANY

This is the 3rd time I order. Hoping things would change. It's a scam, but I really want my clothes. I am so disappointed because they do not try to make any effort.

Beware! This company is a SCAM. Never received my items and never received a refund. I've been hassling them for a refund for over a month now and still NOTHING. What an absolute joke. My first and last time ordering from this SCAM website.

WORST COMPANY EVER GOT MY ORDER WRONG. SENT BACK A DRESS AND THEY ASKED FOR PROOF THAT I SENT THIS. ALSO DID THIS TO MY FRIEND,I RE PURCHASED THE SAME DRESS WHICH WAS $180 BECAUSE IT TOOK SO 3 WEEKS TO COME THE FIRST TIME (I PAID FOR EXPRESS) PFFFFT WHAT EXPRESS? GENERIC CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES. PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!!!!

The WORST ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY EVER! I will never order from here again. They lose everyone's packages, ship them late, do not provide or update tracking information. The customer service is AWFUL. I ordered something from here for my wedding and they would NOT work with me at all to help me find a replacement that THEY lost. I have never had a worse experience. This company is complete BS.

Never again..ordered twice. My first experience was when I ordered a dress in a light pink colour..let's just say the colour it came in looked like a dark gone off pink,plus the material was so uncomfortable and cheap,ugh. My second experience was when I decided to give them another chance..again I was kicking myself.I ordered a jumper,only because I fell in love with it when a friend showed it to me.It came with snags on it,which to me doesn't look good for the quality,then again it is PLT. Also,their next day delivery is the biggest scam ever!!Emailed customer service twice and I got no response.It's one of them websites that you hear more bad than good.

I placed my order 6 days ago and i have no details for courier. This item should be delivered by Wednesday. If not I will be taking this further to consumer affair.

They NEVER send people's packages. Whether you're an influencer getting items for free or a customer (standard or express shipping) they DO NOT ship ANYTHING. They send you fake confirmation emails and tracking numbers that never work. When you complain to them, they repeat the same bullcrap over and over to EVERYONE; "looks like your package got lost on its way to you!" Or "we shipped it with the wrong courier!" Like really...? How is this store even still open? Their followers and likes on Instagram are all BOUGHT (fake/empty/inactive accounts very obvious) and same goes for their sister store Boohoo. Do NOT ever waste your money there.

Had nothing but trouble with this site. Ordered something and paid for express shipping to be here within 4 days.. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting.. I had to ask 4-5 times for a refund on my shipping which they refused to do at first. Still waiting for my order. Not happy at all.

Ordered a coat 10 days ago and still waiting on the item. Did a tracking intake and the package has not even left for the carrier. It is for my daughters 16 Birthday First and last time ordering. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost

Complete bollocks. Second time my package never shows up and no one informs me. I waited TWO WEEKS to get even a sign of life ?????????????????? Not until I emailed the bloody Rodney did they tell me my package was “unable to be located” where’s my package and where’s my refund :)

No package received after weeks. I received an email the day I placed my order saying it was on its way to me, after two weeks of no sign of life I emailed PLT to find out it actually HAD NOT been dispatched and my package was unable to be located :) where’s my refund

Requested express shipping which says up to 4 days, didn’t receive it after two weeks. Complete waste of time and money.

I placed an order waited 2 weeks and didn’t receive anything so I had emailed the company heir communication was extremely poor they did say they would get back to me with any updates with my order But they DID’NT!!! after emailing multiple times they ended up getting back to me only to tell me my order had been lost in the mail and that a refund had been sent. (STILL WAITING) Wasn’t given the option to have my order resent NOT HAPPY wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

Sadly I have to give this company one star wish it could be -10 ... They will make you pay for shipping and say its going to arrive on set day and then ur items never Turn up and customer service just trys to push you away

I placed an order worth nearly $300 with this website on 08/11. It is now 21/11 and I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING! Their customer service team is incredibly dismissive, particularly, Irfan and Katherine, who both said they would investigate my claim, but never contacted my again to let me know how their 'investigation' was going. No one is giving me the answer to my only question: Where is my order? I feel completely robbed and violated of my hard earned money and completely stressed and upset that I have not received items I brought for upcoming events this week.
