“Very fast delivery AND returns. I’ve purchased from PLT for years, and you get what you pay for (and sometimes more!) Some of the $30 dollar dresses aren’t always able to be kept for more than one wear but I’ve gotten a $25 dollar dress 4 years ago that’s still a staple in my wardrobe. Tees, tops and pants I’ve purchased have also been good quality. The most recent returns were processed ON THE DAY (what?!) that I had handed them in to the post shop, so that’s awesome! Overall, I really like PLT. Their clothing is super affordable and really cute. Only issue is the sizing is a bit off, some dresses are made quite small and some are made quite large but with such fast delivery and returns that should be sorted in no time from now on!”

“Awful. I’ve ordered three sweaters from here. One pink one black and one grey. The pink is a size Large (14-16uk) and fits great. The black is a uk 20 as I wanted it extremely oversized. It’s smaller than the pink. Then I bought the grey in a uk26 because I wanted it to be HUGE, it’s smaller than both of the others. I’ve put them on top of eachother and it seems the only thing that gets larger as the size goes up is the sleeve length. So dissatisfied with my order it’s ridiculous. Will never buy from there again.”

“Ordered the waterfall coat in black. Every store is different so I measured my self twice while referencing the PLT size chart. It was too small when it arrived. Not only that but the fabric/stitching quality is unbelievably poor. I’d return but there is no return parcel included and they want me to pay for shipping.”

Hey, Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't on point. We don't offer returns from the USA, however, we do have a returns portal which offers returns at a low fee of $4. You can create the label on this link - https://usprettylittlething.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing Whilst we try to stick to our size guide as much as possible, sizing can vary depending on the style and fitting of the jacket and bodyshape. “I can find clothes that can't be found in stores and when I wear them, everyone is like 'Where did she find this... So cute.' Of course, i tell my friends. Prices are great, delivery fast... “Every single time I order with PLT the incorrect order comes or items are missing or damaged. The customer service do not respond or try help and I also pay for next day delivery every time which should be refunded due to the company sending the wrong orders, however, they never refund this. Extremely disappointed, I should have learnt my lesson by now!”
