“Sorry but I’m not pleased with prettylittlething, they live up to their name because every piece of clothing I ordered was so small and un-stretchy so I couldnt even put it on. And I’m a normal size XS in every other store!! And even their size S is way too small and tight for me. Some of their clothes would only fit a slim child.”

“Order was never delivered, contacted them through Instagram and they kept on sending me shipping update that I already had and kept on telling me to wait for this date every time.Had to contact ups myself and file a complain and after receiving it i had to send to them myself and it was then I was refunded. I ordered again, this time the order came and no update was made on either website. They need to take their posting more serious. I must say the clothing quality is very good and the person I ordered it for loved it. Also, they should be able to ship new item instead of having to cancel and order over because I received a faulty item and I really wanted to dress. However, it was to time consuming to look and order over. You can trust the website”

“I rush ordered a dress and i got sent to the wrong house, they took a picture and it was delivered to my neighbors house and when i asked them they said they didn’t have it. I called the delivery company and they said they’ll send another one and that one barely got to me in time for my event and when it did arrive it was damaged!!! the dress had some tassels and they were falling apart and i had to repair the dress at home by sewing the dress together and the tassels in place because it was hours before my event and i couldn’t go get a new dress... i will never shop there again and i will tell everyone about this experience. truly the worst experience ever.”

“I am quiet happy and disappointed with some of the clothes I have ordered with pretty little thing and some of things have been really good but I am not sure if I am going to continue shopping with you but your pieces are great value”

“First dress was too small. Reordered the dress in the next size which was fine but having trouble returning the first dress. Site says it can’t find my order even when I put in the order number.”

“I wear a size 12, but found dress ordered in this size more like an 8. Ordered a larger size, which was damaged(seams ripped on both sides). Received another which finally seems ok. On the plus side, delivery is quick, and returns are easy.”

“Had royalty for 2 years now saved so much money with having as order 3 or 4 times a month at least, always a good sale on and now they have perfume as well more variety and they're plus size is great, it's a shame they still deliver with hermes which isn't that great, sometimes sizing is an issue but when I have complained they get right back and solve this issue! Love plt”

“BE CAREFUL. Pretty little thing is far from the most reliable and very much has ups and downs. I have the royalty delivery and have been ordering for years. Some clothes are good quality while others I can hardly believe they aren’t embarrassed to sell. Sizing can sometimes be perfect and sometime be massive or way to tight for something that would normally fit. when ordering off pretty little thing always leave a week gap before the event you want to wear the ordered item two. Sometime i pay next day and it can take 3 days to come/never arrive. Leave enough room to order a back up! Also have a habit of sending the Completely wrong items. Hope this helps!!!”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I always see ppl saying they love this site. So I tried it and first my items arrived late. Secondly, my items weren’t the size I ordered, quality of the clothes are trash. This is for people who have had work done to their bodies or have wide hips and a nice shaped booty. Lol I on the other hand 121 pounds with a flat booty lol 😂 so the clothes made me look HIDEOUS! I like their basic things such as the basic rompers and dresses”

“My first and only purchase from PLT. Sooo bad I’m not sure how they can get away with it. Cheap material, cheaply made. Sizing is totally off, I ordered a size 10 dress, it was too small for my very petite 9yo! Slow delivery. Never will order again.”
