-Sizing is accurate -Quality is cheap depends on what you get -Package arrived a day early but unfortunately I am returning this entire package

It takes TWO weeks to arrive!!! Also don’t trust the photo of the item. I ordered a beautiful blazer dress in a rust color, the color that arrived was pretty but more shiny than presented on the website. The quality of the clothing was nice.

Hey Mona, Orders can take up to 7 business days for deliveries to the USA. It's shipped on a signed for delivery service, so someone would need to be in to accept the order. Best online shopping ever! It can be a bit hit and miss sometimes but watching the videos can usually help to see what the quality is like. Now and then a size will be off or the quality is not great but it’s so cheap and easy to return. Their returns system is the best ever! Its all done online and you get your money back the day after taking it to the post office. I’m in Australia and it only costs $8, just use the same bag they send it in and tape it up. Simple!

the process of returns is very hard they still have not gotten back to me i recieved items that were the wrong size wanted to return them but cant due to the process plus you have to pay to return the items

Please log your returns via our low cost returns portal here - https://usprettylittlething.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing You would need to pay to return, as we don't offer free returns in all countries, however, we try to keep the costs as low as possible. The quality was great. But I was disappointed in the sizes. I ordered a size 9 shoe but got a size 7. How is that ? The dress which I ordered was a size 12 and it looked like a size 16. Just HUGE! I’m happy that I got my money refunded in a timely manner. That part they did not disappoint.

Please could you reach out to our customer service via our social media help pages and send them a private message with your order number and a clear picture of the fault. They'll be able to get this sorted for you ASAP. If you've already returned the item, we would need to allow time for the returns to be delivered to our warehouse, processed and logged by our warehouse before a refund is processed to the original payment method. I love plt and I’ve ordered many times !!!! However sometimes clothes are on the thin side . Ie leggings and a dress I recently bought for Ā£45 which is a dearer priced item of PLT. Was like paper thin. But my issue would be more delivery , I ordered next day and it was nearly a week later ! Was blamed on storm in ā€œIreland ā€œ Even tho it affected the uk , and Ireland .

Hey, Glad to hear you loved your experience with us. As we're based in the UK, orders are subject to weather conditions near our warehouse and also the country we're sending it through. Storms can cause delays to the ferrys which means some orders are delivered a lot later than expected. We always try to do what we can to reduce the impact of weather delays and work with our couriers as much as possible. Thanks Usman
