“The first order was lost. I live in UA but somebody sent it to USA. Still waiting for my money back. The second one comes later. The tracking says it is already in Ukraine but still NOT with me. Today is 5.02, the estimated delivery day was 3.02. Horrible delivery service. I will think twice before order something again.”

Hey Olena, Sorry to hear your orders haven't landed with you. I've checked these for you and the first order isn't showing as being returned to us just yet, so the refund hasn't been processed. I can see you've been in touch with our customer service team and they've provided more in depth info. Your second order is still currently showing as being in transit and on the way. Once the order arrives in country, it'll be handed over to a local courier for delivery and the tracking will update further. If you don't receive an update on the second order by 19/02/20, please let us know. Thanks Usman

“Have ordered a few times now. Some Christmas items needed returning and they were returned free of charge and simply done. Clothes seem of good quality and a fair price. And items arrive in decent time. Less than a week but can be sooner.”

“I bought this bodysuit for a night out, loved it so flattering on! Washed it as per the washing instructions and all the material had come apart from the zip! Typical pretty little thing.”

“I shop from pretty little thing a lot, it’s hit and miss really some items I get are great and others are nothing like I expected and bad quality... ruin in the wash and I’ve had many items rip but then some are great...”

“My order was all screwed up. I order size 12 in dress and receive size 16. I order size 9 and 8 in shoes I was send a size 7 and 6. To top it off a had to pay $5 to return an order that they mess up on. Will never ever order not even a candy from this site. Terrible”

“I have purchased 3 or 4 packages from PLT over the last few weeks because I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks. Every single thing I ordered fit PERFECT. I am currently in between sizes so some things may not have fit me the way I like, but that was something on my end not on theirs. The bathing suits are super cute and an extremely comfortable and stretchy material, the shoes fit perfect and all of the rompers were 15/10! I was so weary because reviews are everything to me and they had no reviews on the website themselves. Definitely true to size for everything I own, I’m a 6 and loved everything I bought. Will be returning back to PLT again and again and again!”
