“I love plt and I’ve ordered many times !!!! However sometimes clothes are on the thin side . Ie leggings and a dress I recently bought for £45 which is a dearer priced item of PLT. Was like paper thin. But my issue would be more delivery , I ordered next day and it was nearly a week later ! Was blamed on storm in “Ireland “ Even tho it affected the uk , and Ireland .”

Hey, Glad to hear you loved your experience with us. As we're based in the UK, orders are subject to weather conditions near our warehouse and also the country we're sending it through. Storms can cause delays to the ferrys which means some orders are delivered a lot later than expected. We always try to do what we can to reduce the impact of weather delays and work with our couriers as much as possible. Thanks Usman

“Bought a zip up Lycra gym jacket, wore it once and the zip broke! Used live chat to contact PLT & they said they’d email to send pics to customer service. Did not receive an email and haven’t heard anything since!!!”

“Everything is gorgeous but I ordered over 30+ items. Most things fit others were the wrong size. Some things fit way bigger than the picture shows. don’t base your size off the descriptions & size guides.”

“I ordered according to the size charts, but the items were a bit too big. Nothing a small sewing job can't fix though. The quality was surprisingly lower than I thought it'd be. I don't recommend getting dresses from here. I love the shirts and shoes that I got, but the dresses felt like they were gonna fall apart.”

“Easy to use, quality's okay, price is decent for some clothing and I always order from here and the return and refund is quick and easy, the delivery is on time/earlier. Appearance of clothing wise, everything is as seen on site but the inside of the clothing's fabrics is always unpredictable and usually not so good.”

“I got 3 one piece bathing suits and every single once was more like a costume. None were lined the way a swimsuit should be lined in the right areas. Seams were not sewn correctly. Very cheap, thin material. You really do get what you pay for here. Order with those expectations. I'm 150lbs, 5'5, athletic build, S/M top, 4/6 size jeans and i ordered size 10 suits and they are slightly small. Hope this helps.”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. I've checked the tracking and the order was delayed at the couriers depot, so it couldn't be put out for delivery as soon as it should have been. We're still working with the courier to find out why it was delayed and what we can do in the future to reduce the chances of this happening again. The order is now showing as being delivered.
