“Everything else i got was wonderful except for my recent purchase of the shoes, they was all the right shoes but all the wrong size and i been dying to wear them and now I’m so disappointed, i ordered all sizes 6-7-8, and they sent me sizes 5 and 4 and i have wide feet i would be able try and squeeze into them if my feet was skinnybut my feet are way too wide, and I’m just so disappointed cause i loveee shopping from here and now i just wasted 100 dollars”

Hey, Sorry for the confusion over our sizes. As we're based in the UK, our items are labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the local sized order. “Absolutely lovely site, ordered multiple times in the past, ordered a red dress last night at came at 1:00pm today, I did buy the year free next day deliver for £10 but it’s worth it due to the amount I shop from there. Came on perfect time, all of their products are lush, good quality and 100% worth the money, I would recommend.”

“The price’s good they generally do a lot of discount on the website so it’s affordable. But you may pay attention to the material it’s not a like what you see on the website and pay attention to the size you might be surprise.”

“Ordered 2 different packages in the same week paid 10euro for shipping , I waited a month for it and it still didn't arrived so I checked the tracking of both packages and it said the package was returned an could not be delivered because the adress was incorrect ( my adress was correct ) ! Both of the packages were returned and i never got my clothes , they said they couldn't send it back to another adress (from my mom's house) so the only option for me was to reorder the clothes again when they refunded me ! I didn't get the shipping money back ( 20 euro ). I get that things like this can happen , but with the 2packages in the same week ???”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you. I've checked this for you and for one of the orders, the address wasn't complete, so was returned. For the second one, the courier advised they did have it out for delivery, however, there was nowhere to leave the order or any one to accept the order. Thanks Usman

“I love the clothes, 10/5 on that. Good quality, fabric and styles. Clothes always come on time and in good condition. The first delivery company actually delivered your clothes early, once in a week for regular delivery! Customer service gets a zero though and their tracking for your delivery doesnt work since they changed delivery companies recently. Im sad to say they prioritize their US customers and every one else is just no one. Im Canadian and instead of charging more for delivery, which is the reason they give, the clothing is not discounted as much as the US. It costs me more to order under the Canadian flag than to order under the US and pay the exchange. When I complained their only response to my many issues was that it costs more to ship to canada, sorry. They didnt even address half the issues. The clothes couldnt be better unless they made more so they didnt sell out so fast. If you love beautiful clothes, this is the place. If you care about customer service and youre not US, dont bother.”

“Purchased a whole bunch off the site 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received anything. My tracking hasn't been updated since 22nd January, says it's still processing. So if that is anything to go off, I'm honestly not expecting a lot once they arrive”

“Tops are very small in size. Size 8 is more like a small 6 or a big 4 , no point shopping here if you have big boobs either.”

Hey, Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't on point. Sizing can vary depending on the style and fitting and bodyshape, however, we try sticking as close as possible to our size guide. Any items you don't love you can return it back to us and a refund will be processed once our warehouse log the returns. Thanks Usman

“This site is one of the best! I have used them for years, but over the last two years I have purchased next DD for only £9.99 per year! saves you so much hassle and money and packages always come on time. Clothing is also well priced and well worth the money - New stock in all the time and their is a mixture for every occasion! Quality of clothing is also a bonus! Their slinky range is amazing!”

“Sizing is frequently way off with multiple items (even with model stats and size guide) and the material is really poor quality and see through majority of the time. Also the returns are expensive and basically not worth it. Kind of just over it with them and not wanting to shop here anymore.”

Hey, Sorry to hear you didn't love your haul. Sizing can vary depending on the style, fitting and bodyshape, however, we do try and stick as close as possible to our size guide. We don't offer free returns from all countries, so you would need to pay to return to our UK warehouse and once they log the returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. “Very disappointed from the customers service my package didn’t arrive and I ordered in .1.17 they promised me that it will arrive before the 31.1 and today its 5.2 and there no details where is the package from 21.1 and when she need to arrive The customer service don’t help for me they just tell me to wait an a month and it’s unacceptable,i told them to send me a new package or get me a refund and i didn’t get anything.its the last time that i will buy from this site !!!”
