“Diana, @ 115 Capitola Rd. Ext.has been a ray of Sunlight surrounded by all the Chais that has happened here. None of the Chaos is Diana’s’ fault of course, (the main gate not working, 3-4 times and for a week or two a few of the times…) she goes up and beyond call of duty. I left articles outside my storage, where she held onto them and waited for me to return. Or I left my unit unlocked, and she called me to inform me I had locked my storage “open!” So she doesn’t know I am leaving this note to her superiors, but give that worker a raise, she deserves it!!! She has and does much more than I am noting, but thank you Diana for all that you do. Gil Sutton/Heather Brown”

“Charles and Ally at the Public Storage 801 - Matthews Township Office listened to my concerns today and helped to resolve my questions quickly. I am actually renting 2 units through them and have been very pleased with their professional and courteous help as I chose the units (size and location) to best meet our needs. I continue to find them very helpful and plan to stay with Public Storage because of them.”

“Carrie at 4240 Signal Butte Road in Mesa is amazing to work with. She is always so helpful and polite. The facility is always clean, prices are good and it is a great location. Easy to access and she is super helpful if you have any questions or issues.”

“I busted the kiosk in zip code 60461 and there were some difficulties with payment processing. I spoke to the live kiosk agent , Tina. She was fabulous. Pleasant, professional, kind and helpful. I was so impressed….agent Tina in the office there is also a gem. This location is the best”

“Alan at Public Storage locations in NE Portland is awesome. Recently we terminated our rental after 10 years. When cleaning out all items we managed to overlook a treasured gift I receieved from my parents several years ago. Within a few hours after leaving, Alan called and asked if we might have missed something. He put it aside and held in his office until we could pick it up. Thanks so much”

“I found Michele to be a very knowledgeable and hard-working individual, with outstanding customer service skills. While possessing a wonderful caring personality, which these days is hard to find. “Charlotte F. A huge thank you to Matt based at the 1401 SE Federal storage facility in Stuart (#25977). We had a problem with our lock and keys which needed sorting out quickly. Matt came to the rescue, he was efficient, friendly and courteous. A 10+ from us Matt with our thanks!”

“The public storage of 1415 N Custer Road McKinney TX is one of the best public storage facilities that I’ve seen so far is very clean very organized and neat. There is a lady that works there by the name of Tia I’m not sure of her last name, but she was very helpful and very courteous and showing me the storage units although I went with another company that was closer to my house. I really wish that they had a Public Storage closer to me because it was by far cheaper and also had a move-in special. I give the storage for silly five stars plus an extra star for the customer service. Thank you Miss Tia and I hope that you stay with this company a long time.”

“Nancy was awesome she called after I spoke with 6 customer service representatives because I was not pleased at all with the service. She is at the Huffman Location great customer service walked to the units we had on the lot. Showed me and my mom around. Please give this lady a raise, bonus, gift card after all her assistance cause I was truly mad after I spoke with customer service before she called.”
