“Two representatives (Michael & Tosheba) of the Public Storage facility located at 3748 Covington Highway in Decatur were instrumental in the resolution of a sticky and unfortunate situation. A contractor wrongfully placed a substantial amount of my personal property in storage under his name. These representatives, with the approval of their manager, assisted with the relinquishment of the contractor's contract and arrangements for me to enter into in a contract under my name for the same as it should have been from the inception. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and expediency. I greatly appreciated their assistance.”

“My bank changed my card to the new kind with chip. I forgot to change it and my payment didnt go through ughh! I got a call from Danny down on 9th in broken arrow, she helped me fix it right away !! I called the number and fixed it!! I am in Montana and it really gives me a peace of mind to know they aint gonna wait til next payment is due to tell you !!! I called her back to let her know i fixed it and she verified my payment on her end whew!!!!! Thank you Danny for being so sweet and understanding!! Ps It was nice not being treated badly for your card being decline!!!”

“Diana, @ 115 Capitola Rd. Ext.has been a ray of Sunlight surrounded by all the Chais that has happened here. None of the Chaos is Diana’s’ fault of course, (the main gate not working, 3-4 times and for a week or two a few of the times…) she goes up and beyond call of duty. I left articles outside my storage, where she held onto them and waited for me to return. Or I left my unit unlocked, and she called me to inform me I had locked my storage “open!” So she doesn’t know I am leaving this note to her superiors, but give that worker a raise, she deserves it!!! She has and does much more than I am noting, but thank you Diana for all that you do. Gil Sutton/Heather Brown”

“Charles and Ally at the Public Storage 801 - Matthews Township Office listened to my concerns today and helped to resolve my questions quickly. I am actually renting 2 units through them and have been very pleased with their professional and courteous help as I chose the units (size and location) to best meet our needs. I continue to find them very helpful and plan to stay with Public Storage because of them.”

“Carrie at 4240 Signal Butte Road in Mesa is amazing to work with. She is always so helpful and polite. The facility is always clean, prices are good and it is a great location. Easy to access and she is super helpful if you have any questions or issues.”

“Cecelia at the 1305 Rosewood Drive n Columbia, SC is the most helpful professional I have encountered at a storage facility. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and just a delight to do business with. “I busted the kiosk in zip code 60461 and there were some difficulties with payment processing. I spoke to the live kiosk agent , Tina. She was fabulous. Pleasant, professional, kind and helpful. I was so impressed….agent Tina in the office there is also a gem. This location is the best”

“Alan at Public Storage locations in NE Portland is awesome. Recently we terminated our rental after 10 years. When cleaning out all items we managed to overlook a treasured gift I receieved from my parents several years ago. Within a few hours after leaving, Alan called and asked if we might have missed something. He put it aside and held in his office until we could pick it up. Thanks so much”
