“If you are looking for customer service When it comes to storage units, this is the place. This place is clean, easily accessible and has wonderful staff. This place truly has a treasure with Cheryl(who helped set up our account) and Tammy who helped me with some questions I had coming in one day. Cheryl and Tammy both were very, very polite and extremely helpful. Public Storage you truly have two special ladies working for you!!!”

“the price of my unit has gone up over $200 and I had just moved in to that unit less than a month ago and you brought the price down to $157 approximately any guarantee for 6 months I'm very happy thank you so much for having him in your store give that guy a raise. thank you.”

“so, this my follow up review for ms paula at facility #23058 in elgin il 830 steel street. i feel like family and look forward to talking to and seeing ms paula. there's no okay hurry up and get out. if she has the time she bothers to chat with you, if she has information relating to other than storage she happily shares it. if my car cover gets loose ms paula makes sure it is intact and lets me know so i can take care of the challenge. ms paula is a people person. i am blessed to know her and you would be to if you meet her and would want to rent from her. lovingly ms pat w”

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail provided, it definitely exceeded my expectations. “Two representatives (Michael & Tosheba) of the Public Storage facility located at 3748 Covington Highway in Decatur were instrumental in the resolution of a sticky and unfortunate situation. A contractor wrongfully placed a substantial amount of my personal property in storage under his name. These representatives, with the approval of their manager, assisted with the relinquishment of the contractor's contract and arrangements for me to enter into in a contract under my name for the same as it should have been from the inception. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and expediency. I greatly appreciated their assistance.”

“My bank changed my card to the new kind with chip. I forgot to change it and my payment didnt go through ughh! I got a call from Danny down on 9th in broken arrow, she helped me fix it right away !! I called the number and fixed it!! I am in Montana and it really gives me a peace of mind to know they aint gonna wait til next payment is due to tell you !!! I called her back to let her know i fixed it and she verified my payment on her end whew!!!!! Thank you Danny for being so sweet and understanding!! Ps It was nice not being treated badly for your card being decline!!!”
