“This experience was very delightful and I would really recommended if your looking for a clean and nice property 6351 Lake Worth Rd Greenacres, FL 33463 go visit .the property manager AJ was very nice and very helpful also very understanding I needed something in my budget and he was able to help me find what I needed.”

“Trying to write a 5 Star review for Sherry at Public Storage at 233 aerial Rd having a problem doing that so I’m trying this way. Sherry is a very professional person. I don’t know what I would have done without her help. She is to be commended for what she puts forth for all the people she helps nothing is to much for Sherry she goes the mile. Thank you Sherry!!!”

“I would like to express my appreciation to Manager of the PSU @ 903 East Algonquin Road, In Arlington Hts., Illinois........she was the first manager to Show concern for me & my Unit. Lawie is a great employee & you need more People Like Lawie.......She Saved me From canceling my Agreement / PSU.......You Should reward Lawie for her excellent customer service! “I am writing this review about some wonderful storage site staff that have helped me out in the toughest of times. Roselle IL 1295 Lake St >> Facility Mgr: MEGAN ; Dist Mgr LEANDRA. Like so many in the U.S., the past several years have been very tough. Loss of a spouse, financial loss, near death accident, loss of 2 homes. BUT ... MEGAN and LEANDRA have stood by me and tried to help me wherever they could And, thankfully Corporate Public Storage also backed them up. THANK YOU! I think of Angels on Earth. My prayers go out to you ALL !!!!”

“I'm renting a unit on 7880 San Fernando Rd. in Sun Valley and I have to say, the employees really do engage in trying to help us, especially during these tough times dealing with the Corona virus. I usually have Liz, the property manager, help me in many ways such as reminding me in advance to pay my bill on time so that I can avoid having to pay penalty fees. I'm pretty sure she's having to deal with many other customers that might have difficulties paying their bill, especially with so many of us out of jobs due to this pandemic crisis. I just wanted to say "thank you" very much for all your professionalism in dealing with me and all that you do for this company. Keep up the good work Liz.”

“Public Storage on Curry and Scottsdale Road it's brand new and very close to where I live but most of all the two ladies that took care of me We're kind and professional and very helpful, it was a very pleasant experience unlike U-Haul Storage thank you very much sincerely Julie Stansfield”
