“I had the rear hinge break on my Thule rack. It was a relatively new model and was hoping they would carry the part. I called and spoke with Ed in the Las Vegas store and he told me come on in, he thought he had the proper hinge, and would order one if he didn't. I drove down and met with Ed. We walked out to the car and popped out the broken one. He came out a minute later with a new one and popped it in. It worked perfectly! I locked up the rack and finished up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Ed was awesome and Rack Attack has been great! I would definitely recommend them for any kind of product or trouble shooting....”

“Purchased my cargo box at the St Louis Park location. Guys were very helpful with the purchase and the install. But even 2 years after my initial purchase, I stopped in for some help with the box and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be back here in the future.”

“We brought by our used Yakima 16 carbonate (not purchased at Rack Attack) which was having unlock issues, and after 15 minuties they fixed our issue at no charge. Very nice! We will always purchase from them moving forward.”

“I was confused about what I needed to haul a pair of kayaks, so I drove to the Skokie, IL store where Nick spent as much time as I needed to explain the options that were available. I didn't buy then, but called back a few days later and he placed my order, matching a competitor's price. One item wasn't available locally and, rather than have to wait for it or pay an expediting fee, he was able to have it shipped from another store. They got me up and running quickly and we enjoyed our first kayak outing today!”

“Our Rak Attack professional immediately understood our hitch bike rack problems and provided multiple solutions at a very competitive price. Thank You! long version: Our camper van needs to transport 2 mountain bikes and still have full access to the back of the van with doors wide open. There are several dimensions whereby some racks simply won't allow. Further more our other car (Impreza) rides low and some racks will grind on the ground on uneven surfaces. Our salesman carried out a couple rack options to our van and I tested with a bike. It was excellent to 'immediately' observe how things worked. Thanks Greg - we are Happy campers and Mtn bikers.”

“Top notch customer service. From me describing my needs to the recommendation of the products that would serve those needs. It was a smooth process. When it came time to install everything, I had exactly every part needed to fit my new Tacoma perfectly. In my 63 years, that is a cherished rarity. However, the most important aspect is my wife is very happy. Great job Gentlemen. Before and after pictures provided. I should mention that the dealer provided the side steps as part of my wife's sales negotiation.”

“Service beyond my expectations' Bought a rack system from Real Truck. Once i saw the install paper work realized I was in over head. Real Truck web site said Rack Attack was a preferred vendor. Took a chance and drove over. Upon arrival met by Matt where I explained my need. I was floored with his response of we can do it today. An appointment was made and for that afternoon. Fast forward, Job completed and looks perfect. Was more than pleased with the professional way this was handled. I would absolutely recommend Boston Rack Attack for your racks and carriers. Thanks again Matt.”

“In our modern world where businesses overpromise on virtually everything, Rack Attack has more than met my expectations. Two different hitch installations with a difficulty rating of 9/10. Nathan did a fantastic job, all within the time frame estimated. (And no "extra" parts left over.) Friendly, look-you-in-the-eye type people. You get what you pay for at Rack Attack in Minneapolis, MN. And that's a GOOD thing!”

“My friend and I visited Vaughn location and Riley was superb. Although my friend had purchased her Thule crossbars at a different Rack Attack location, Riley was more than willing to assist with the issue my friend was having upon installing her crossbars. Her primary issue was getting the Thule specific Allen key to make the clicking or ratcheting sound which indicates appropriate tautness. He explained how it is supposed to work and at the same time went out of his way to install her Thule crossbars on her vehicle. We were very impressed with the service at the Vaughn Rack Attack location. Definitely recommend them for excellent customer service. Thanks again Riley!!”

“I received great technical guidence from the sales team for the Yakima roof bars. I am having a Telluride and if I didnot get the feedback I would have likely bought the Kia recommemded roof bars whioch would not work per TentBox sales. The delivery and its timelimne met the advertised one. Thank you and keep up the good work!”
