“Excellent service! Rack came very quickly, able to put together easily! Can get my ebike on by myself! Will take a bit more practice to make it super easy! I am 60+…woman..to be able to take my bike, and dogs and go riding without needing anyone else to load my bike, is huge! Highly recommend! Love your warranty and return policy too! Wish it came with a pin you could put a lock through….love it!”

“OMG!!! I couldn't have asked for a better team. They got the Kayak rack that I needed, then even after I left and decided it was more than I wanted to try to handle putting it all together, they said they would do it for me! They were really helpful and knowledgeable and showed me how it worked and looked after me like I was a long-time friend. Thanks to them I had the best first paddle of the year with my new rack. I will always recommend these guys! Stellar!”

“Loved my experience here with rack attack, except for the preliminary fit checks. They don’t seem to be given enough information from the customer to be able to make a definitive answer like you want them too. The expert for check that occurred as I placed my order was great. I was very pleased with the product availability and we’re super excited everything came with all the parts needed.”
