“Great service and quick shipping. Also customer service contacted me shortly after I placed my order online and offered me a less expensive option to my purchase. I had purchased 2 two packs of skyline towers and was offered a 4 pak at a lessor price. That is exceptional customer service. THANKYOU!!!”

“My rack arrived much faster than I expected but when I got it and purchased my e-bike I realized the bike had fenders and I could not use a rack supported on the front tire. I was able to return it to a local rack attack store and order a rack that would work for me. This rack had to be shipped from the Victoria store which is taking much longer. I am still waiting.”

“Excellent experience! Received great advice on what type of rack would best suit my needs, existing accessories (bikes, canoe, ski box etc) and vehicle. I felt I was getting solid advice and I did not feel pressure to by one brand over another. Also, I had many questions which were answered quickly and respectfully. I will buy from Rack Attack again!”

“What a good service! Online orders came in very quickly. I had to return something that end up not fitting. Was able to return it directly to the nearest store, which gave me a full refund on the returned article. I would recommend it.”
