“Contacted tech support. After numerous discussions/ pics to find the right Thule base for existing racks/ accessories. They still sent the wrong item; fixed point instead of floating foot packs. I incurred delivery charges but didn't receive the item I needed.”

“I was sent the wrong parts. I have been trying for the last few days to get some sort of confirmation that the proper Parts have been sent, but I have heard nothing . Not a good experience so far”
