“While they have a nice variety of racks to sell you, they unfortunately are not interested in helping at all with installing them. No guidance; refused when asked. We were told to find videos online. Maybe they don't know the products very well afterall. I could buy online for less. In todays day and age its customer service that sets companies apart. Perhaps they don't realize that.”

“Trailer is high quality parts, assembly straightforward & easy, took 3 hours with occasional use of helpers second set of hands. Really slick setup using Thule Compass 4-in-1 Kayak/SUP Racks for super flexible rig usually carry 2 yaks, occasionally 4.”

“L'envoi du produit s'est fait dans les règles de l'art. Là où ça s'est détérioré, c'est la cie UPS qui n'a pas respecté la journée de livraison. Et non seulement ils ont changé la journée de livraison, ils ont pas respecté la période de livraison. Ils devaient passer en PM et ils ont passé en AM. J'ai perdu 2 jours de travail à cause des modifications d'horaires et de périodes de livraison!!! Grande déception!!!”

“When i shopped online i wasn't sure if i had all the correct parts in my cart, so i called the Portland store. They confirmed my order was in stock, and also helped me with my parts question. I placed the online order, and with in a few hours i recieved a call from the order puller, confirming what i ordered, as well as inform me they were going to change my quantities of skyline towers to a bulk amount, which was a savings, and credited my account the difference. Within 3 days the rack assemblies were on my door step. I will always check with Rack Attack first for my camping and gear hauling needs. This has been a personal and professional purchase. I recommend 👌 Rack Attack!”
