“One of the parts I received was dented such that I could not assemble. I had to use tools to bend it back into place such that the fitted parts could be assembled.”

“Could not answer my question regarding a master key to remove my current lock that is damaged. It's too far away to drive to see if "there's something you can do". Ordered a new lock and tumbler which is now a $50 paper weight.”

“The new piston pro X bike rack is amazing in ever aspect. Putting it together was extremely easy and well packaged. The overall rack is beefy and little heavy but gives you no doubt it will handle any bike. The LED lights are great as well.”
