“Great customer service and quick ship times. My only complaint would be that I selected to pay with applepay and I didn’t have a chance to put in my Thule one key number till after the payment. I spoke to customer service and they told me they were able to see my input and I did receive the right product. Not a big issue just a bit inconvenient as it wasn’t reassuring putting in the key number after the order was placed and I had to call to confirm.”

“I would say the overall communication of shipping times to the quality of the boxes and the durability of the actual product was all very satisfactory. The process wasn’t too difficult to assemble and Thule cargo basket and roof racks all look really good on the truck.”

“Extremely pleased with my online order. I had tried to order via another company (closer to home) but their website was awful. Rack Attack blew them out of the water. I love the “save/share cart” feature, and I appreciated knowing my order was checked to fit my car. The tracking was great and my order arrived very quickly. I’m very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you.”
