“In order to attach the carrier to a 1/4" square tube, the supplied fastening bolts needed to be replaced. Otherwise, a great set up.”

“HI there, I found your front end ordering service to be very good. Questions and then actually placing the order. Unfortunately, I received my new Evo bars without instructions. It appeared that the box had been opened at some point before it was shipped to me. An hour project turned into 3 hours with 2 calls to your support staff where unfortunately I was on hold for 5-10 minutes. One question had to do with the rubberized strip that comes as one piece. Not realizing that it needed to be torn in half. That was the first call. My second problem was getting the gaskets in place. Tried warm soapy water. Nothing seemed to work then another call to support to find out that they are simply pressed in. I sort of thought that the first guy I talked to might have shared that with me. But not. So unfortunately your score went from 5 to 3. I've had Tulle racks for over ten years on 3 different cars so it was not my first time with an install. Just FYI”

“The rack I ordered was sent through UPS. When the package arrived it was damaged and parts were missing. I asked the UPS delivery person what course I should pursue if I found missing parts when I try to assemble the product, he shrugged his shoulders and said to call Rack Attack. Rack Attack went above and beyond. Totally on top of every aspect of the problem and had the missing part at my door a.s.a.p. I will use this company again.”

“Finding the correct towers and clamps for my vehicle was pretty easy to ID from the site but I needed the round bar adapter which was not so easy. Once the parts were ordered the wrong adapter was sent. After a note to CS the correct item was sent.”
