“Great service and quick shipping. Also customer service contacted me shortly after I placed my order online and offered me a less expensive option to my purchase. “My rack arrived much faster than I expected but when I got it and purchased my e-bike I realized the bike had fenders and I could not use a rack supported on the front tire. I was able to return it to a local rack attack store and order a rack that would work for me. This rack had to be shipped from the Victoria store which is taking much longer. I am still waiting.”
