“Very knowledgeable company. Spent a lot of time helping me select a bike rack. I received the bike rack in a day. It did not work out this time because the electric bike is very large and heavy. Very difficult for us to hold the bike and secure it. The rack itself was very well made. The bike itself was just to heavy for us to lift and secure. Rack Attack are definitely on the top of my list next time I need a bike rack.”

“I was shopping for a rack for my 2021 Ford Edge. On a competitor site, the delivery ETA was three months out. I called Rack Attack, they confirmed availability, and assured me that it would be shipped that same day! Great service!”

“I purchased the Saris Superclamp ex 2. Rack attack price matches and gave me the same price as Amazon which is very convenient. Shipping was super fast. Unfortunately the rack was missing a very important bolt to put the rack together. These things happen to all kinds of products ordered online so no big deal. I contacted Rack attack and they immediately contacted Saris. New bolts are in the mail! Excellent service from both Rack attack and Saris”

“Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. I did ask a question about SKS Keys for the Yakima SUPDawg that I ordered which no one bothered to answer for me. I did want to get locks to match my existing keys. I realize that maybe that is not possible, but if that's the case I did expect someone to inform me of that, not just ignore the question completely.”
