“We asked for a new set of roof rails to replace the existing ford roof rails. After 3 hours, they installed parallel roof rails inside the existing rails and charged us $1000 for the hokey set up. Great look on a $40k car! Their solution was to take the parts off and give us a refund all while blaming us for the trouble. Don’t go to these people unless you are looking to have a really bad day”

“We were just ordering keys for our Thule bike rack (multiple users, multiple cars) and they were super helpful. There was a minor computer thing that had to get straightened out - which we ALL understand! But they got everything back on track and the keys worked perfectly. Nice folks to work with.”

“would give 5/5 stars but the (outer) packaging came pretty beat up; I ordered the Thule OutWay Hanging 3. Luckily, all components inside were perfectly fine. Shipping time was also reasonably quick. Would definitely order from them again”

“Very happy with this purchase and the video that showed how to attach and use the Yakima On Ramp rack on my Kia Seltos. The delivery was quick and I've already taken me ebike on a 200 mile trip using the rack. No problems. Planning a trip from GA to CT soon and I don't expect any issues.”
