“Online purchase was straightforward and simple. However, nobody from Rack Attack called me confirm my choice would fit my car. I was sure the rack would fit my car (I checked the manufacturer's website) but I expected a call because the checkout screen indicated I would receive one. I would add, though, that store staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I spoke to them personally before making the online purchase.”

“You send an email asking how I'm enjoying my purchase...well, when I ordered it, they said it was in stock and I should receive within a couple of days. Since then, Canada Post has no idea and there is no updates, the website on my account now says that the part is out of stock. I've tried to call and nobody has called me back. Terrible service.”

“I had not ordered from Rack Attack in the past but I kept coming across them in my research for a new bike rack for my car. I was very pleased with the website, the customer service, and with the speed of shipping. They even matched up all of the locks for me (may not be a big deal to most, but glad to see good thoughtful customer service is still alive). I highly recommend Rack Attack if you need a knowledgeable and well stocked bike rack company that provides competitive prices and excellent customer service.”
