“Sent info that my Mazda CX-9 already had the crossbars/rack installed, so I didn't know if it would fit...just to be sure. They replied quickly. The ski rack fits.”

“Dear Rack Attack, You guys had best price I could find online and had inventory. Unit arrived promptly. However, shipping box was quite beat up and the back of the unit has a small dent. Also was disappointed that Rack Attack did not stock the protective cover, which I had to order elsewhere and pay additional shipping charges”

“Wow, the delivery of my product was insanely fast like, Ottawa to Montreal the next day. Also, I later called to ask for some tech support on the installation of my trailer hitch and I got exactly what I wanted quickly and efficiently. Yay, Rack Attack”

“Easy to talk to a real person on the phone. Helpful in identifying the numbers on the lock as they had worn off. Quick delivery, although kind of expensive, but worth it. Overall good customer service, friendly, and quick response time.”
