“Great customer service. This was my first purchase of a hitch mounted platform bike rack. Chris at the Vaughan store was great in both timely responses to email and answering all the question fully from a new purchaser. He was great in helping me pick the right rack with a balance of quality, versatility and price. Due to covid, I eventually ordered online with home delivery. The ordering system was easy to use and the rack arrived in just a few days to my doorstep.”

“I inadvertently lost the key to my Thule hitch bike rack. I found Rack Attack via Google when searching for how to find a replacement key. The Rack Attack replacement key instructions were simple to follow and the order process went very smooth (taking less than a five minutes). My replacement key arrived much earlier than I expected. “I just want to say how happy we are with our new roof racks for our SUV. Hats off to Rack Attack for speedy response to our order and incredible speed in shipping them to us. We live in Powell River which is two ferry boats away from Vancouver. We ordered around 6 pm on a Thursday evening and the new racks were on my porch in Powell River at 1 pm the next day! Amazing! Thank you Rack Attack!”

“This is the 2nd time I ordered this rack and have had a issue.. Last month I ordered black rack and you guys sent me the aluminum color one instead and I sent it back.. This time I got the black powdered coat rack, but it came with missing parts.. I’m still waiting for parts..”

“They were awesome, rack is great. Took a while to get it (from the manufacturer and nothing to do with RA) and RA kept us updated. When it finally came it, we received it within two days. Awesome service!”
