“Can’t say enough good things about Rack Attack. They provided good advice on which bike rack to choose. They price matched my rack when I found it slightly cheaper locally and shipping was super fast. Overall a great experience.”

What was delivered is what was ordered and the delivery date as stated. No issues. Very happy. Both stores Oregon and Southern Ca. “So far so good. I haven't opened the box yet but everything came on time. I thought is was odd though, that my package shipped from Vancouver when there's a Rack Attack in Ottawa. It seemed unnecessary both economically and environmentally.”

Thank you for your review! You make a good point about the shipping. We try to ship from the closest store, however, that's not always possible due to stock, so sometimes we are forced to ship from further away.
