“Website ordering was very smooth. Delivery was on time. I was recommended by a friend to order from here as they had a very easy experience. I can confirm that the experience was smooth and easy for my transaction. The KUAT bike rack is awesome and the price was comparable, if not better, to some of the other major ecommerce websites. I have recommended this to a few other friends shopping for bike racks.”

“Very pleased with how quickly my new bike racks were sent out. 4 packs of lock cores were sold out, but they made sure that the 2 double packs I ordered all used the same key. Thanks!”
