“* Rack Attack has reached out to me and the situation was resolved. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars. The follow up service was good in the end despite the initial inconvenience. I ordered two racks, a front loader bike rack and a kayak rack (that got split into two separate orders). Both links had suggestions (check boxes) to buy two Yakima lock cores (4 total), so I did. On delivery I learned that the kayak rack is not even lockable (though it even says that in the description). I used the online chat to express my frustration and after a slight delay I was sent a return shipping label, which I still have to get to the store to send (also a hassle). The check box to add locks has been removed, but it still says lockable in the description. I have bought many accessories from you and this is the most trouble I have had, but it was just frustrating and annoying.”

“Rack Attack has amazing customer service and they know their stuff! I thought I would write a review about my recent experience... I had an issue with an online order, sent a comment in via their web form in the evening, and someone got back to me the very next morning. They completely owned the issue - even though I was partially at fault as well - and very quickly went above and beyond to make me happy. Rack Attack is an amazing specialist retailer that knows everything about the products they sell and they are extremely customer-oriented. Highly recommended!”

“The Kuat NV Base 2.0 Bike Rack was delivered on-time and set up was easy. The Rack is sturdy. The only downside is that I drive a sedan and the Rack covers the license plate in the up position. I has been a week, so far and it hasn't be an issue. I love the the the Rack holds the bike in position.”

“Ordered a Kuat rack on-line and was delivered within five days. Believe them when they say that a product is in short supply. When I checked a day or two after placing the order they were in fact out of stock. Thank you!”

“Not entirely please with the product considering the price point. Attached front rack and tower no problem, but for one of the rear towers, the circle adaptor that latches the bar to the tower is defective, cannot be tightened enough to secure bar in place without moving. Suspect manufacturing defect. Will need to come to store in person to have it looked at/changed.”
