Customer service. The on line person was willing, but had limited experience (trainee). The phone number provided led to a voice mail that was returned once by email, but on other occasions rang forever. When I mentioned this in an email exchange, I was told, "they are very busy". Also of note, I was informed twice that the Thule probar was incompatible with the Hullavator system. The Hullavator's installation manual has installation instructions for the probar. I found the correct information on a competitor's site. Fortunately, you had what i wanted in stock and at a better price. I like your site's layout and ease of use, and everything i ordered got shipped same day and arrived ahead of schedule.

It was impossible to contact someone to change my form of payment. Too automated. Other than that it was fine.

I found the navigation of the website clumsy. Everytime I wanted some slight change I had to go back to the very beginning in selecting the rack, rather than just one step back. However, shipping was very quick.

I have not received all of my order. The second portion of the order is unaccounted for as far as I know.

They were knowledgeable the people were nice but they neglected to tell me when they offered to install the rack that the cost was. $150. The problem was once I got there there was no way to bring the pod home without the install.

Hi Rack Attack Team, I just received the rack, so have no comment on it yet. However, I did not receive a response to my email request. After I had bought the rack and bars, I realized that I had not requested the military discount. I had sent an email asking if the amount paid could be adjusted. No response.

The Yakima rack clips arrived quickly but the package was not taped closed so could have easily fallen out. So I had to only give 3 stars.

I ordered the round bars and unfortunately the installation instructions are not complete for those bars. I have put it down until I can figure it out.

The strap could’ve been put in an envelope. Shipping was expensive.Tough to get parts at this point in time. So I should be happy just to find one in Canada.

When I called and spoke with a person to verify that the rack would fit my car she told me that she didn’t know and to visit the nearest store. She told me the nearest store was in Portland. I live north of Seattle so that wasn’t an option. I’m perplexed as to why she couldn’t answer my question. Seems like a pretty straightforward question. I installed the rack but I’m still no sure it’s the right one for my car. In addition, the directions from the manufacture were terrible.

Received the wrong part for my vehicle (maybe my fault maybe not) but called to confirm whether it was right for my truck and it seemed like the person I spoke with knew nothing about rhino racks.
