Spoke with Rack Attach Vancouver staff and they're friendly & efficient but the Canada Post free shipping is a joke cause I got the tracking # on 19th Dec, 2022 but till today 29th Dec, 2022 in the Canada Post site it only said item delay stay tuned for update. If I know that's the kind of delivery level I will just go down to Rack Attack Vancouver store to pickup it up myself.

We occasionally see delays with Canada Post during the holidays, but we will look into this and respond to your email with further updates. Unfortunately, the Carbo Box was damaged during drop shipment from Thule and so shipment was not accepted. Currently the order is in limbo because the 3rd party shipper Pilot Freight services needs to get a return authorization from another third party instead of being able to get one from the original purchasing party Rack Attack. It would be better for the customer if any damage shipment issues could be resolved by the selling party instead of the shipping services. It would make customers happier if replacements can be sent out before the damaged goods arrive back at the original destination

At first I talked to a sale-man in Vancouver who was suppose to check the availability and call me back - he never did call back. I called many time and ended up being at the main office so they were transferring me in Vancouver... I got the rack - I need to try it on now but it was a long process and a lot of phone call...

I ordered the Dometic Slide Mount kit 35/40/45 but received 50/55/60. Usually bigger is better but not in this case as space is limited where intended to install. I am still waiting on the fridge/cooler to arrive to confirm fit before returning for size ordered. Can’t blame Rack Attack for the mix up as the order comes direct from manufacturer.

Piece purchased was correct but I was not informed by Thule that I need another tower piece for $270. This is cost prohibitive for me this year. Disappointed

Customer service. The on line person was willing, but had limited experience (trainee). The phone number provided led to a voice mail that was returned once by email, but on other occasions rang forever. When I mentioned this in an email exchange, I was told, "they are very busy". Also of note, I was informed twice that the Thule probar was incompatible with the Hullavator system. The Hullavator's installation manual has installation instructions for the probar. I found the correct information on a competitor's site. Fortunately, you had what i wanted in stock and at a better price. I like your site's layout and ease of use, and everything i ordered got shipped same day and arrived ahead of schedule.

I found the navigation of the website clumsy. Everytime I wanted some slight change I had to go back to the very beginning in selecting the rack, rather than just one step back. However, shipping was very quick.

They were knowledgeable the people were nice but they neglected to tell me when they offered to install the rack that the cost was. $150. The problem was once I got there there was no way to bring the pod home without the install.

Hi Rack Attack Team, I just received the rack, so have no comment on it yet. However, I did not receive a response to my email request. After I had bought the rack and bars, I realized that I had not requested the military discount. I had sent an email asking if the amount paid could be adjusted. No response.
