HI there, I found your front end ordering service to be very good. Questions and then actually placing the order. Unfortunately, I received my new Evo bars without instructions. It appeared that the box had been opened at some point before it was shipped to me. An hour project turned into 3 hours with 2 calls to your support staff where unfortunately I was on hold for 5-10 minutes. One question had to do with the rubberized strip that comes as one piece. Not realizing that it needed to be torn in half. That was the first call. My second problem was getting the gaskets in place. Tried warm soapy water. Nothing seemed to work then another call to support to find out that they are simply pressed in. I sort of thought that the first guy I talked to might have shared that with me. But not. So unfortunately your score went from 5 to 3. I've had Tulle racks for over ten years on 3 different cars so it was not my first time with an install. Just FYI

Everything else ( speed , timing, original price) were good...However Too much money charged for shipping!

My Thule Bars were missing pieces. It was an open box which means it was purchased and returned and then resold without checking if all parts were present.

I have not received my rack attachments yet. Rack Attack was very prompt filling the order but unfortunately Canada Post has been very slow.

Good online ordering system. Good execution of taking my money and sending me emails. My order of 4 separate items arrived in two shipments. The first shipment went off without a hitch. The second shipment was delayed. I noticed a spam email, called the BC store. The person answering said an alert was put on my account to call me about the spam email, but couldn't understand why no one had responded to the alert on my account. The agent told me they would call me back. No reply for a whole week. I called again a week later and spoke to an agent to enquire where the second shipment was. I was told I would be called back after they looked into it. Never received a callback. The second shipment simply arrived on my doorstep 2 weeks after the first shipment.

I bought a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike rack of Open Box, actually brand new. A lightweight hitch rack with some nice features and a good-looking powder coat finish. The customer service is very professional and patient when shopping online there for the first time.

I am waiting to install it, as the hitch receiver was for the wrong model of Jeep Cherokee, so I had to send it back.

This rack is sturdy and easy to set up and load our bikes onto. We have ebikes with fat tires. The tire straps are not long enough to fit around the fat tires. Considering the cost of the rack I would suggest that you include the longer tire straps or at least let us know that the rack is not ready for two fat tire bikes. Then we could have ordered the proper length of straps to fit our bikes when we ordered the rack. With the shipping it will now cost me $92.00 to get one set of longer straps to fit our bikes

a full 3, Pros: Stellar Customer Service agent. Cons: Have not received my full order, Parts can be marked as out of stock instead of taking customers for a ride : ) Also took a long time to reach customer service.

Basically good bur for our Rad ebikes they still aren't long enough. I can strap one tire in but then the other doesnt reach. I had to bolt the fat tire straps on to the old straps to make them long enough. I think its has to do with length of bike placing one tire longer away from strap connection and large tire size

The kit came in with 2 missing caps for the bars. Contacted customer service and was told those will be shipped out asap. It's been a week and no tracking number, nothing.

I apologize for the review but I need to be honest about the experience. Store personnel are very hard to reach by phone. There is no such thing as a quick information exchange. The number that is attached to the order confirmation is answered, but it is someone in Oregon who has no information about the East Coast inventory etc. It's really odd. I made a mistake when I ordered. The mistake was not caught during order review even though my vehicle information was provided. Once I realized the mistake it was corrected fairly quickly with an RA and then a credit to my card. Good so far. The item I needed was on backorder. I incorrectly assumed that you would let me know when the item was back in stock so that my order could be filled. That was not the case. From your RA perspective when my return was processed, my order was completed..even though I never received a complete rack system. Again, more emails to figure that out. The people I dealt with are all courteous and helpful when you reach them, but the difficulty of getting through was not what I needed to experience. I did not feel like RA was accessible enough. Maybe that is because it's more focused on retail business? I don't know.

4/5 Service is fine, but the rack itself has some serious constraints that weren't mentioned on the site: when stowed, the arms protrude toward, and press against, my bumper. I can't stow and lock the rack as intended -- I'm probably going to need to fashion something together to perform that task. This is less than ideal.

The people I dealt with seemed to be behind the ball. I paid for new Yakima towers and had to settle with an open box even though a new one was available if I walked into their store 300 miles away. The towers had a steep learning curve to install but have them attached and are rock solid. The torque wrench in the box was defective and later replaced. In all it took 2 weeks to arrive. 3 to 4 stars
