The products are good. I was sent locks and keys that didn't match. This required me to drive to Rack Attack on a Saturday for an exchange.

Rack Attack was very good (open box yet a perfect condition rack and prompt delivery). My only complaints are about the rack itself, which had nothing to do with Rack Attack and Rack Attack’s return policy. Specifically, the strap which holds the bike to the frame is to short and not usable for an e-bike that has the battery integrated into the frame, thus making the rack as is, useless. Fortunately, the solution was that Saris sells, as an extra cost accessory, extra long straps that solves the problem. The return policy is a problem as it states on the website, not returnable if used/assembled. How would one know if it didn’t fit if it wasn’t assembled, and that voids the policy.

i payed for overnight shipping on a friday...item shipped way late on monday, and then ups delayed shipping, it didnt arrive until wednesday morning....

very quick and polite on phone, shipping charges to get one key mailed out way toooooooo much..........could of used diffrent options i work in retail and service is part of the the deal.. could of just put in envelope and sent out in reg mail for around $2.00 but i guess in covid times we need to pay more for someone to do their job....

Well the rack ended up being the exact one I wanted but I had questions and there was no one around to answer them so happy it worked with my existing Yakima towers from 10 years ago

Rack Attack Vancouver worked really hard at resolving the issue and thank you for that. I have to admit that I am not impressed with Thule who sold me a tracrac saying that Thule, Tracrac, and Yakima accessories were compatible with my rack when in reality nothing fits with my model. Rack attack Vancouver ended up having to scramble parts of three years old accessories and were able to send me used load stoppers with two knobs missing. I am now hoping that the knobs that I ordered on Amazon will fit, 6 weeks after I bough the rack finally. It's been an issue for me as I need to put three ladders on my rack every time I go to work, without load stopper it makes it a pain in the butt. If I could have known, I would have not purchase a Tracrac. Thanks Rack Attack Vancouver No thanks to Thule and Canadian Tire, know before you talk!

Sorry to hear your order didn't handle the transit well. The products occasionally catch a bit of cardboard dust on route, which can make it seem like the product is not new. I do hope you are happy with the replacement.

This transaction started out great as Rack Attack called me immediately to let me know that the item was backordered from the manufacturer despite what their web site stated. I appreciated the update and had no issue with waiting. Thule must of ramped up production and I received a notification that my Thule would be delivered on 2/9/21 between 1500 and 1900 hours (3pm to 7pm). I received a call from the driver at 1200 (Noon) that he was in front of my house. I told him what the text said and he proceeded to knock on my neighbors doors to drop the carrier off. I asked him to please stop as I do not know my neighbors like that and I would try to get someone over. Thankfully a family member could drop what they were doing to get over and receive the carrier. As I understand it now when I get home to inspect the package, if there are any issues, I cannot return or call for assistance as it was accepted. Nevermind that it had to be a 19 year old college student who has no idea what he's looking at to receive it as they changed the delivery time without notifying me. Rack Attack did reach out to me from my negative review and say if anything is damaged they would try to get Thule to fix it. Thankfully there was no damage. Just a stressful order and delivery. Even if it is a drop ship I bought it through Rack Attack.

The 66" Yakima round cross bars were shipped undamaged. There were no usable end-caps for the bars. The shipping end caps are not usable. Yakima wants $12 + shipping for end caps. I got them at Ace Hardware for cheap. Good expensive crossbars no end caps.

Thank you for your feedback. The endcaps are not included with the product by design as they come with the Yakima towers instead. We'd love them included as well, however, this is Yakima's decision. Do reach out if there is anything we can do to help.

Sales service and delivery were good. Would have been better if I hadn't been double charged for my rack, causing my checking account to go in the red from the unexpected debit. Still waiting on the refund to process.

RA had the product I needed and it arrived quickly but the price match feature was not understood by the person I spoke with on the phone. I found a cheaper price online but he couldn't tell me if it applied. It wasn't applied to my order even though I put it in the notes.
