We went through a few different racks (Yakima front loader/thule which required wheel removal) before we figured out this one was the best fit for us. I’m 5’4 and able to load / unload my DH bike by myself with no problems. They were also able to match up our lock codes to have the same key which was great! Superb customer service, they price matched another site no questions asked.
