This transaction started out great as Rack Attack called me immediately to let me know that the item was backordered from the manufacturer despite what their web site stated. I appreciated the update and had no issue with waiting. Thule must of ramped up production and I received a notification that my Thule would be delivered on 2/9/21 between 1500 and 1900 hours (3pm to 7pm). I received a call from the driver at 1200 (Noon) that he was in front of my house. I told him what the text said and he proceeded to knock on my neighbors doors to drop the carrier off. I asked him to please stop as I do not know my neighbors like that and I would try to get someone over. Thankfully a family member could drop what they were doing to get over and receive the carrier. As I understand it now when I get home to inspect the package, if there are any issues, I cannot return or call for assistance as it was accepted. Nevermind that it had to be a 19 year old college student who has no idea what he's looking at to receive it as they changed the delivery time without notifying me. Rack Attack did reach out to me from my negative review and say if anything is damaged they would try to get Thule to fix it. Thankfully there was no damage. Just a stressful order and delivery. Even if it is a drop ship I bought it through Rack Attack.
