“I purchased the Thule Wingbar Evo and attachments for our SUV to attach our Thule box. We’ve made several trips with this setup including a couple to FLA. They work great and it’s a very good product that we are very happy with. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that depending on your load and your speed on top, you should re-tighten the attachment clips because they will get loose which is normal at higher speeds and long journeys like 2,500 kms to FLA. Every I would suggest that RA staff advise clients accordingly.”

“A couple quirks in the website regarding in-store stock, but when I finally ordered, I soon after received a pre-emptive phone call that I had ordered the wrong part and so that was corrected right away. That kind of human to human service gives me a lot of confidence in Rack Attack! 100% recommend.”

“i contacted rack attack winnipeg about a week ago about a product i am trying to buy and never heard back. I cntacted rack attack ottawa on friday morning with the same question and have yet to hear back despite them being open all weekend. not sure why the lack of response but doesn't seem a good way to conduct business”

“Emailed customer service for a quote on a system and received an itemized list the next day. Fast , free shipping within 3 days . I did call the Mississauga store during installation and was given the advice I needed . Beautiful system, no more lifting to the top of an F150 ! ( This picture was a trial of the system therefore I did not add bow and stern lines used to travel)”

“Got the wrong 2 bike add on rack shipped to me .. I was so confident that RA sent me the proper unit I started installing w/o checking the tire cups til the end … Not good .. Hours of my own time lost other than a lesson well learned 😵‍💫”

“Great place with knowledgeable staff. They listened to what in needed in a crossbar rack for my truck cap and asked questions to make sure I got what was needed. Price was better than I found locally at other retailers. Will be back to shop for my next upgrade.”
