“I ordered an extra key and paid extra for faster shipping. We were leaving the evening of the 3rd for vacation. I got an email on the 2nd saying it was running late so I not only paid extra for shipping but we didn’t get the key so could not use the storage unit got the car. I never would have order had I known it would take till the following Monday.”

“In our modern world where businesses overpromise on virtually everything, Rack Attack has more than met my expectations. Two different hitch installations with a difficulty rating of 9/10. Nathan did a fantastic job, all within the time frame estimated. (And no "extra" parts left over.) Friendly, look-you-in-the-eye type people. You get what you pay for at Rack Attack in Minneapolis, MN. And that's a GOOD thing!”

“My friend and I visited Vaughn location and Riley was superb. Although my friend had purchased her Thule crossbars at a different Rack Attack location, Riley was more than willing to assist with the issue my friend was having upon installing her crossbars. Her primary issue was getting the Thule specific Allen key to make the clicking or ratcheting sound which indicates appropriate tautness. He explained how it is supposed to work and at the same time went out of his way to install her Thule crossbars on her vehicle. We were very impressed with the service at the Vaughn Rack Attack location. Definitely recommend them for excellent customer service. Thanks again Riley!!”

“I received great technical guidence from the sales team for the Yakima roof bars. I am having a Telluride and if I didnot get the feedback I would have likely bought the Kia recommemded roof bars whioch would not work per TentBox sales. The delivery and its timelimne met the advertised one. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“The original packages did contain one wrong part BUT it was resolved quickly and easily the next day, allowing us to take our Hobie tandem to the cottage and back with -- for the first time -- zero worry about damaging the finish of the car, zero shoulder or neck pain from holding 125 lb of boat in an impossible position, zero extremely tense discussions between the people involved, and zero noise or worry about shifting while driving twisty dirt roads -- or even when we had to swerve violently due to a bad driver on the highway. I am going to be doing SO MUCH more boating now.”

“I originally ordered the Saris Bones EX 3 but after a month of no updates on stock/delivery, I emailed to switch the order to the Thule Gateway Pro 3. The support rep (Justin) was quick to respond and support through email. Unfortunately, when I asked about product/vehicle fit, he told me the Gateway was compatible with our vehicle (2018 Honda Odyssey). Upon getting the product and starting to work on assembling it onto our van, the Fit guide (that I had to find online as the one that came in the box didn't provide this info) clearly indicated that the product was not compatible with our vehicle. Fortunately, we were able to make some adjustments to make it work safely. I have since emailed out to customer support (Justin in particular) about the vehicle for/dial setting but have received no response for multiple days. I don't think I'll order from this distributor again in the future.”

“I've enjoyed my Yakima bike rack that I purchased from Rack Attack almost 15 years ago - it's still great! However, when one of the rubber bands broke, I dropped into the Toronto Laird Street store unannounced following a bike ride and asked if it could be replaced. I was immediately served by Tate who very quickly found a new rubber band and installed it on my rack. Great service!! I will now continue to enjoy many more years with this great product. Thanks so much!!”
