“The staff at Yakima Toronto store is very friendly and helpful with my online order, the sales rep called me to find out if I would like specific Yakima lock key number to match with what I have already. Really great customer service!!!”

“I'm happy with the rack I ordered. In another hand, i also order locks which were pack loose in a packing slip that was teared up in the shipping. Some of the items were lost in the shipping. I've been in contact with the support since I received my package but I had to contact multiple time to get answers and I still have'nt receive the promise replacement. I'm hoping to receive it in time to be able to use my rack securely. If this were not from that episode and the lack of communcation, I would have rate the experience with 5 stars.”

“Fast shipping and good communications. However when I assembled the rack the end was deformed from the factory and the end cap would not fit. I was able to bend it open a bit and fit the end cap on it. The rack is nice yet very noisy at any speeds past 50mph.”
