“So pleased with my Rack Attack experience and I just want to say that Alex from the Denver store is the man. I live in Rhode Island and Alex was able to get all the Thule pieces I needed (they are very hard to get currently) and ship them to me in 3 days. “It would have been a 5 BUT they knowingly send only 1/2 of the installation manual. At least 'Levi at the kelowna rack attack' helped me out with the locks, but that shouldnt have been necessary if thule's instructions wouldve been complete. I did have to go to 'over the top' for service above and beyond though!”

“This review is for the gentlemen at RackAttack on Dempster St in Skokie. They installed a hitch and Thule Helium Pro 2 on my Subaru Crosstrek, explained everything perfectly, and off I went. I called the RA team 4 times in a day working through the bike mounting issues. They were awesome and professional and did everything they could to help. The Thule Pro ended up not working for me, so they allowed me to return it, sold me a better solution, installed it on the spot, and explained everything to a T! I drove home, mounted the bikes and am happy as heck. GREAT product knowledge, EXCELLENT service, and VERY PATIENT with me. I appreciated the whole experience. Thank you!!”
