“They saved me a lot of $$$ by not trying to retrofit a 2013 Prius into the Thule rack of an older Prius. Different bare roofs different kits?? Emailed a photo of the used rack to a Rack Attack rep & found out that the Thule Kit would not fit the older used rack. After buying the complete correct rack, they answered all my questions. Works greAt on my bare roof 2013 Prius plug-in. Both the Thule cargo box and the OEM Subaru (Thule) ski rack fit. Thank you”

“The Staff At The Downtown Portland Store Were Rude And Condescending, Doing NOTHING But Standing Around Talking Yet Could Not Be Bothered To Actually Wait On Customers. Then Acted Offended If They Had Time To Actually Install The Rack I Had Purchased...”

“I submitted a support question (and left VMs at a couple local stores) but the email reply wasn’t very helpful re: clarifying the minefield that is dynamic weight limits vs. standard practice (it’s like MadMax out there—everyone is putting everything on top of every kind of vehicle it seems). I would have loved some more advice. I realize it’s probably a liability thing but I would have loved some back up—or a quick call to ease my fears, a RTT rig is expensive and scary for a first timer.”
