“They will gladly order items out of stock for you, however they will never give you an update or call you when the items have arrived. After 2 months, I cancelled my orders with the outlet and re-ordered with corporate. Items shipped that week.”

Unfortunately the supply from our brands has been spotty, so we can never be sure when some of the backordered items will arrive. We received yours just mere days after you cancelled the order, so just bad timing!

“I promptly received the Thule item and thought it was missing parts. I was able to work with customer service to determine that the parts shown in the Thule directions that I needed were part of a different Thule kit. Lousy directions by Thule but great customer service by Rack Attack!”
