“Alex helped me with this order over the phone. He was SUPER helpful and really went out of his way to see to it that this order shipped and was going to arrive the following day as I was heading to Mexico. He personally took the order to the UPS store for me. I'm just really grateful for what he did. This is the type of person I want helping my customers!”

“Rack Attack is awesome! I was looking for clips for a Yakima roof rack. The ones I needed for my car were not available in my local area. I called them and they had only a few in stock in all of the US and Canada. They made sure the product was available, processed my transaction, and shipped them to me right away. They were extremely responsive!”
