“Not the right part, item said it was for adventurer roof box, but the adventurer box I have has 2” spacing for the current holes. The spacing on this is well over 3” and does not fit my roof rails. So I can’t even use half the items.”

“Great experience with rack attack. After looking on line endlessly, finally consulted my local rack attack. Their expertise, inventory and customer service equaled amazing success! I also wanted the 4 Thule duffle bags for cargo box, but they had to come from Boston. They arrived in 2 days! And my daughter packed it all up and made her trek across country! “I can’t believe this company send me 2 keys for the price of one they really did good by And they even called me to let me know that my payment didn’t go through because I use the wrong credit card on file they had the wrong expiration date and they call me to update it and sure enough I have my keys”

“I recently purchased a thule roof bar system for my daughter and forgot to order the Podium Fit Kit. 4 days before she was taking off on her camping trip we discovered my blunder. I called Rack Attack (late in the day) and the person I spoke with assured me the part was in stock and went a step further and called the Denver store (still open because of our time zone difference) to ensure it got dropped in 2 day express that evening. I received the part as expected with no delay to my daughters camping trip. Awesome customer service and attention to detail!! Thank you!!”
