“I have purchased a few things from Rack Attack and I am very pleased with the outcome. One purchase was the Thule Pro rack. There was some movement with it and they gave me a new one (upgraded with wheels) under warranty with no issues.”

“I paid $40 + extra for next day air shipping but didn’t receive the item until several days later. WTF. You guys need to work on your delivery system. When Amazon says next day shipping you get it next day. Do better.”
