“Great instructions and although there were lots of steps to follow, it was pretty straight forward. The only thing missing was how to remove the preinstalled plugs in the towers. Otherwise it was great”

“Less than a day between ordering and delivery! Had parts in stock that weren’t available from Thule Canada for another 6 weeks! Ordering website actually double checks that you have entered your vehicle correctly before it will complete the process.”

“Shipping speed is so fast it's ludicrous. They say they have a faster delivery than amazon and they tell the truth. Their website is well made and easy to navigate. Also, I had to reach out to their customer service because I messed up my order and they were very helpful. Glad I discovered this store.”

“This came in the mail really quickly and fit on my vehicle perfectly, seems complicated to install at first (for someone with no experience with roof racks) but once you get going its really easy. All pieces were there and in great shape. It was so easy to order as well just put in your vehicle type and good to go. Don't need to order any separate parts everything you need is in a bundle package that they recommend you to buy.”

“The racks arrived quickly but both boxes showed damage and one box was completely open at one end. I have not installed them yet but I hope all the parts are there and I have no issues. I did inform Rack Attack about the damage just after the delivery.”

“Sadly i had an issue with my car which meant the Thule Rack was not suitable for an installation. I was helped today by Justin and he tried every way possible to sort my car and he was just outstanding in his efforts and just so helpful. This type of service needs noting in today's world and what a fine example he sets for the company. Thank you Justin.”

“I like the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack but I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't told that I will need an extra adapter for my lady's bike that I also have to buy for my daughter's bike. This adapter is about $60 plus tax.”

“The parts I needed were back ordered. After about a month I received a call indicating that they had arrived asking if I still wanted them. I said I would pick up in 4 days. When I got there (a 30 min drive from my home) I discovered that my parts had been sold. The person who helped me was very apologetic and found the parts at a store across the continent. He arranged for direct shipping with no charge. They arrived yesterday and I'm good now. You have one bad employee and one very good one.”
