“I ordered a Thule bike rack from a Toyota dealership in June....gave up waiting in December. Ordered a Yakima rack from Rack Attack in Mississauga, it was delivered to my door 3 days later, in a pandemic. Plan on getting a kayak rack there next!”

Hi Robert, Thank you for letting us know. It looks like your package got delayed due to the holiday rush - I checked the tracking and it's currently due to arrive by Dec 30. “The staff person, Levi, helped me find the parts, two lid-lifters, at the Kelowna store and sent it the following day. This was a real relief as the Thule web site has listed the part as unavailable/out-of-stock for months. I was able to fix the storage boxes on both cars by replacing the broken parts.”
