“It took almost six months for delivery of Yakima Holdup. During this time I never received any idea of expected delivery date. When item finally arrived it was damaged and in need of a replacement plastic buckle. Not sure of durability of Yakima products if the can't even survive packaging.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delay - last year was extremely challenging with inventory, with most products out of stock for the large portion of the year. All the manufacturers were struggling to fill their orders and could not provide any clear delivery dates. As for the damage, I'm sorry to hear it got damaged in transit. “I am beyond impressed. We were ording more for a few weeks time for us. We ordered it on Dec 23rd and it was at our door before noon on the 24th. The website guided us well. We ordered Thule kits we had some parts from other vehicles but needed to change some parts. I will be ordering from rack attach again and telling others. Very impressed.”

“The Yakima rack I originally bought was supposed to be compatable with a slotted tonneau cover, however, the part to adapt the application is not available. The websight sould be more specific. Good service otherwise. Not your fault but Yakimas.”
