“I ordered a rack clearly listed as "on back order". I was willing to wait. Rack Attack called to be sure I knew it was back ordered. I said yes, and received an email update regularly. Excellent, honest transaction.”

“Wrong item delivered. I have to call the local store to have it replaced with the right one. Seven days after I have to drive to the store for the replacement. To think the item delivered to me was worth $200 more than the one I ordered. No thanks from them they just said sorry for the inconvenience.”

“My experience with your website and dealing with customer service was excellent. Now I had to send back my mighty mounts because I have an older powderhound se rack and I did not feel comfortable with the whole system. My return is on its way back to you. Thanks.”

“The Yakima products themselves are very good. What I don’t like is that everything is piece meal. I bought the ladder racks and crossbars. Then separately I had to buy the plate to adapt to a side rail in the bed. Then on yet another order I had to buy the load stops and tie downs. It should all be in the same package, not sold as separate items. But I am very happy with the final product. Please package all these items together or “suggest” them at checkout. And yes, I would buy from Rack Attack again!”

“The shipping cost on my small order was almost the cost of the item itself but I paid it to get it done. When the item finally arrived the post office wouldn't deliver it without my paying the shipping cost AGAIN. Apparently it had been packaged wrong. I refused it. When I called to get this resolved I was told I'd have to call the store that the online site had ordered it from, etc. etc. What a waste of my time. Eventually I convinced the guy to just refund my $$.”

“Best service ever! I had fit questions that were promptly answered. The parts arrived in one day which was faster than expected. In addition, they threw in some shorter screws just in case. As it turns out I ended up using them. I’m extremely happy with Rack Attack.”
