“I originally ordered the yakima universal mounts on Amazon. It took a month then I got an email saying that they issued a refund because “there was a problem with my order.” The next day I ordered them from Rack Attack and they arrived in 4 days.”

“I ordered a RockyMount rack to carry to e-bikes, The rack would not carry the bikes due to the fenders on the e-bikes. Returned the rack and got a Thule easyfold. The rack is fantastic. Mike at Rack Attack was great to deal with and absolutely fantastic customer service. Rack Attack will be my "go to" place for anything rack related”
