“Great rack, easy install. Just wish shipping was nicer to the package. Box had a hole in it and looked like it was dropped a few times. My rack went together easily except one side wasn't linning up correctly in the middle causing it to gap (looked bent). I do not want water getting into this point so I put some silicone around it to seal it better. Fast shipping and will always stick with yakima products but wish the shippers had taken better care of it.”

“The online wizard recommended the wrong crossbars for my car and I had to go through some hoops but I was eventually matched up with the correct ones. Once that was figured out, customer support and staff were great. I went to the store and they exchanged the ones that were delivered for the correct ones.”

“You guys are GREAT!! Brian and Matt went way above to get a Thule car rack part I needed. It was on back order over two months out. One of the items arrived at another store and they noticed it and arranged to have it sent to me! So I didn’t have to wait 2 months!! Wonderful customer service.”

“I know you can buy Yakima equipment anywhere, but no place offers the same level of service and support as Rack Attack. They are always available to answer my ridiculous questions. I would never shop anywhere else.”

“These are not easy to find on the internet or in store. You had them in stock and were cheaper than Amazon, and arrived a lot faster than the Amazon would have. Loved your in person store when I lived in Portland, and am happy that I can shop online from 400 miles away.”

“so.. ordered 3 items - all listed as available and in stock on the web at the time of order. The Next day or so - told only 2 of the three items were available and in stock and would ship to me - then the the following day or so - told only one of the three items were available and in stock and the other two were back ordered and not sure when they would be available. So for this review, you guys assess the honesty of it all.”
