“Very helpful in both explaining the size and dimensions of the rack I chose and describing the materials used in the rack’s mounting hardware and gripping surface. Two mounting pieces were missing from the original packaging and Rack Attack quickly responded to my email w/ a phone call. The missing pieces were shipped the same day we spoke on the phone.”
