“It took over a month to get and the ends of the rack were damaged a little. I fixed it and made it work. Spoke with rep at Rack Attack and they made things right with me. I appreciate all there help.”

“Very fast shipping and customer service. Had a few issues but resolved without too much issue—I initially received an incorrect part but had the right one within 30 hours. Only real issue was one of my cross bars was bent on the end and I had to pry it back into shape to get the end caps on.”

“The Rack Attack store in Victoria, BC, has great customer service. There was a problem with my initial hitch and bike rack, but the team reached out to the supplier and followed through with the process to get both the hitch and broken piece of bike rack replaced. They were pleasant to deal with in all encounters.”
