“Rack showed up broken. Emailed about returning it. Agent said they would get back to me in a couple of days. Didn't happen. Not happy. Expect on line shopping was a bad idea. You don't have a zero star rating”

“La livraison était plus rapide que Amazon. Très bien emballé. Le soutien est d'excellente qualité. La seule chose que je pense manquait de se rassembler, c'est une sorte de clip de conserver les pneus et le waskaade parce qu'ils déplacent SR ne rien mettre.”

“I called RackAttack to verify that the rack would fit my vehicle prior to purchase, and was assured that it would. It turns out that the rack does not, and I had to make permanent personal modifications to my vehicle to get the rack to fit. Customer service did offer me a full refund, but I was very disappointed to spend several hours of setup and install, and then on the phone before I was informed that my model truck was not supported.”

“For $600, I expected more than a lot of screws and parts. The directions were simply vague pictures and didn't explain anything. Sent it back.”

“Ordering off the website was a breeze. I really appreciated the courtesy call from one of their employees to inform me of the delay in receiving my order. Turned out to be nothing at all. Very happy with the product. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer, it came with zero instructions. I had to Google it. But that’s it. To me that’s nothing. Thanks for everything!”
