“I recently purchased a thule roof bar system for my daughter and forgot to order the Podium Fit Kit. 4 days before she was taking off on her camping trip we discovered my blunder. I called Rack Attack (late in the day) and the person I spoke with assured me the part was in stock and went a step further and called the Denver store (still open because of our time zone difference) to ensure it got dropped in 2 day express that evening. I received the part as expected with no delay to my daughters camping trip. Awesome customer service and attention to detail!! Thank you!!”

“The only place I could buy everything I needed. It was expensive but the selection was unmatched. Navigating the site was easy enough. Ordering was easy. Customer service was hit and miss - those I got through to we’re knowledgeable and answered my questions, it just took a few tries to get someone to answer in a timely fashion.”
