“Fast shipping and great rack BUT terrible delivery. It was left at our front door, in full view of the street. One of the pieces was not even on our front porch, but rather left on the driveway. For an item worth $1600, a signature should have been mandatory. Thank goodness I was home. Not impressed.”

“So far, so good with this rack. My only complaint is with the installation instructions! I wish it would have been more clear on how to attach it to the car rack. More words instead of just pictures. I was man-handling the rubber part to pull it up into place. Little did I realize that was what the knob was for! gah . . . hate to say that I needed my husband for that part.”

“Hi - I started to install my new Thule rack, and was checking the parts out of the box from the Fit Kit I ordered from you, and thought that some bolts were missing. So I drove up to the Framingham, MA location, where a young man whose name I didn't get was a big help and explained that the parts in the directions were actually in the Foot Pad box, and he assured me I was good to go. And I was! Thanks for the help, dude!”

“The people I dealt with seemed to be behind the ball. I paid for new Yakima towers and had to settle with an open box even though a new one was available if I walked into their store 300 miles away. The towers had a steep learning curve to install but have them attached and are rock solid. The torque wrench in the box was defective and later replaced. In all it took 2 weeks to arrive. 3 to 4 stars”

“Initially my card was rejected due to fraud alert. After comfirming acceptance of charge with card issuer I emailed the store via email explaining circumstances and within a couple of hours received confirmation my order was being prepared for shipment.
