“Customer service was good. Your employee was thorough and careful when finding the correct product. Prior to entering the store, i had ordered parts online. I ended up forgetting to order the fitkit. I may have just been oblivious, but if the site could try to stop my mistake from happening somehow ( perhaps with more obvious explanations) that would be nice. But I dont blame your site, it was my mistake after all.”

“Best purchase I've made since my wife and I purchased our bikes. Great product, great workmanship easy to use. The "instruction" manual was worthless for assembly. I had to go to you tube to a third party to assemble the unit.”

“I recently purchased a Quat NV bike rack and the two bike add-on extension and I couldn't be happier. The employees in the Vaughn, ON store, were super helpful. I also ordered the two bike extension online and it came as promised within 48 hours. I will definitely shop Rack Attack again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike rack.”
