“I ordered the Thule EasyFold XT Platform Bike Rack. As with many other things with biking this year, it was on backorder. I also ordered the 53" ramp for extra leverage. As soon as they came in Jason called to let me know it was in. I went to pick it up next day. He loaded it in my car for me.”

“The actual product is great. But I’m missing an attachment clip and don’t know how to get a new one without ordering everything. So I only have 1 crossbar installed and that is pretty useless. I called and left a message. No response. Live chat was closed. I left an online message. No response. Maybe a 1 star review will get a response.”

“I haven't had time to put the rack on the jeep, but Im looking forward too. Instructions have pictures and looks easy enough. Everything came within several days. Very well made. I haven't a doubt that it will be safe and my bikes will be secure. Im glad I ran across Rack Attack online. I feel confident that they are proud of their work and for what Ive seen have good work ethnic. Their Rocky Mounts Backstage Swing Away is top quality.”
