“Very impressed with the quick time frame of delivery of the product as everywhere else I looked to try and find this part, no one had it and didn't have any time frame as to when they would get back in stock. Will definitely order from Rack Attack again in the future.”

“The only place I could buy everything I needed. It was expensive but the selection was unmatched. Navigating the site was easy enough. Ordering was easy. Customer service was hit and miss - those I got through to we’re knowledgeable and answered my questions, it just took a few tries to get someone to answer in a timely fashion.”

“I wanted a specific rack for electric bikes. Rack Attack was able to find the rack and offered me “box open” price, of last rack available! The box was repaired, all parts in place, and the rack arrived, was put together, bikes loaded, and used! Thank you Rack Attack!”

“VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE THOROUGHNESS OF YOUR STAFF WISHING TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. THERE WAS A FOUL-UP, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE MY FAULT, SO KUDOS TO RACK ATTACK. (THE REAL PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY YAKIMA, AND I AM ON THEIR CASE!)”
